Your loan process with consist of three phases: loan origination, loan processing and loan closing. Network Mortgage prides itself on making each phase simple so that you can reach your closing in smooth, efficient and timely manner. Loan Origination You can begin by contacting a Network Mortgage Loan Consultant and make an appointment. At the time of your meeting you will be required to bring in paperwork to support your loan application. Below is a list of documents you will need to bring with you:
At the time of your appointment, you will sit down with your Mortgage Consultant and discuss which loan program best suits your needs. You will also sign a loan package specifically for your transaction which details all the information about your loan. Your Mortgage Consultant will provide you copies of your Good Faith Estimate, Truth-In-Lending and all the other state and federal required disclosures prior to the end of your meeting. Your Mortgage Consultant will make sure you thoroughly understand all the documents you’ve signed and explain how long you can expect to wait; prior to your loan approval and/or clear to close. Loan Processing Network Mortgage will begin processing your loan immediately. We will order your appraisal, title (if applicable) and any employment or bank verifications required. Upon receipt off all the paperwork needed to support your application, your loan file will then be given over to the Underwriter to approve your loan. Upon your loan being approved, Network Mortgage will then order a copy of your homeowner’s insurance and prepare for closing Loan Closing Upon receiving a clear to close from the Underwriter, we can then move forward and schedule your closing with the title company. Once the final closing documents have been signed your transaction will be complete. |
